Home care

Home care is a service that ensures a continuous presence, day and night, to monitor the security, le comfort and the well-being at home of the beneficiary. It acts as a relay for the’entourage, as a complement other services while promoting the’autonomy.

As required

Assistance with daily living: preparing and helping with meals, etc.
Healthcare assistance: non-medical assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, changing protective undergarments, ensuring medication is taken, assistance with getting up and going to bed, etc.
Emotional support: reassuring presence, encouraging independence, combating isolation, supporting family carers, etc.

Organisation designed for wellbeing at home

A social worker first visits the home to assess the situation and organise personalised support. Together, the frequency and duration of the services are defined, depending on the needs and availability of the service.

Home guards can work during the day, at night, on weekends and on public holidays, for a minimum of three hours and a maximum of nine hours per shift.

Under the supervision of the social worker, and in collaboration with other home care providers, our staff are informed of the situation and work as a team to ensure continuity of service and adapt as best as possible to needs.
