Your tasks:
As’Social Assistant - As a Field Team Leader and Beneficiary Social Monitoring Manager, your main role will be to coordinate and manage a team of domestic helpers and/or home carers, while providing personalised social monitoring for beneficiaries. You will have the following responsibilities:
- Social monitoring of beneficiaries
- Assessing the needs of beneficiaries and put in place appropriate responses to ensure optimum care.
- Programming and producing home visits.
- Administrative follow-up each beneficiary's social file
- Team management
- To supervise, manage and lead a team of domestic helpers and/or household helpers and/or home carers:
- Organising team meetings (preparing, chairing and administrative follow-up)
- Organising operational interviews, problem-solving, absenteeism interviews, etc.
- Ensuring a good team dynamic
- Continuously monitor the department's activity and management indicators (quota, absenteeism, etc.)
- Draw up schedules for your team's field workers, We take into account the availability, absences and requests of beneficiaries to ensure smooth and efficient organisation.
- Accompanying and supporting the field workers in your team, by acting as an intermediary for their questions and professional needs.
- Administrative management of the tasks entrusted to it.
Profile required:
- Diploma social worker short higher education qualification (bachelor's degree) or a diploma graduate social nurse, community health nurse or in public health
- Experience or a strong interest in management and the team management.
- Excellent skills in communication, coordination and animation.
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Thoroughness in administrative work
- Interdisciplinary working skills
- Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Driving licence and private vehicle indispensable.
What we offer:
- Type of contract : Permanent contract 3 days/week (22.8h/38h), with temporary amendment to 4 days/week (30.4h/38h) for a minimum duration of 6 months, possibly renewable.
- Place of work : branch of Legs, with occasional travel to the Philippeville (meetings, training courses, etc.).
