Your responsibilities:
As a home care nurse, you will be part of a team multidisciplinary and will be responsible for the overall care (nursing and psychosocial) of a group of patients.
Your mission:
- Maintain, improve and restore the health and independence of beneficiaries, while preserving their quality of life.
- Build a special relationship with them in a lasting relationship of trust.
- Contribute to the continuity and quality of care, ensuring smooth communication within your team.
Required profile:
We are seeking a nurse who is passionate about people and quality of care, ready to invest in a jobsemi-autonomous and structured.
- You are a graduate bachelor or have a patent in nursing.
- People are at the heart of your concerns, and you make it a point of honour to offer care that is quality and continuous.
- Dynamic, organised, reliable, flexible and conscientious, you are rigorous in following up on your cases.
- You have a B licence and a keen sense of professional ethics.
- Do you enjoy working independently, but also appreciate the support of a close-knit team? Then this position is for you.
